A lot of companies having implemented G Suite are trying to push a no-MSOffice strategy. Even if G Docs has a tremendous potential (personally I’m a power user for many years now), it’s very difficult for the majority of people to switch from MS Office to G Docs. All the habits must be changed, and the most difficult is switching from Excel to Spreadsheet. But it’s quite possible, we are demonstrating it during our Get Transformation Done! seminars. Key factors are (1) identify users’ practices and help them formalize before/after workflow (2) prove individual & collective benefit for this transformation measuring productivity savings (3) use CIX to deploy new practices on a large scale.
