SharePoint best practice

When deploying Collaboration IndeX, we notice very often that companies try to adopt SharePoint wrongly. Most often they try to build sophisticated Site templates to have people using SharePoint in a standardized way… But this in counterproductive about adoption of collaborative work practices. The first thing that employees need today, is to use advanced file sharing systems instead using their file servers and send files as email attachments. It’s why so many are using Dropbox or the like as shadow IT. So the best SharePoint template to massively deploy is the simplest one: a document library with Office online, allowing online file sharing and co-edition of Word, PowerPoint and Excel!
